Since the fiberglass sleeve will burn and disintegrate over time, you can replace the sleeve easily by unwinding the coil and slipping a new sleeve on the bare copper wire then re-coil as needed. To replace black Heat Shrink see part# BBC-Shrink (100 pieces).

This fiberglass sleeve will work on the following coils which use a 10AWG wire: bbc-112, bbc-158, bbc-134, bbc134L, bbc-100L, bbc-125L, and bbc-flex23,

This can replace about 50 – 70 coils depending on the size
